I had to run around running errands all morning and doing a few things for work.
Breakfast : 6 0z glass of skim milk
Lunch : handful of chilli cheese fritos
Snack : small chai tea latte from starbucks, and a handful of popcorn
Dinner: 1 small hot dog plain
I think I've been snacking more than eating meals, but I'm okay with that because I don't feel like I'm starving. Today the scale said 129 and i got soooo excited...but i'm not counting on keeping any of that off once I start feeling better.
