Breakfast : 1/2 oz. of beef jerky
Lunch: 1/2 oz of beef jerky
Dinner: 1 cup of tortilla chips with melted cheese and diced tomatoes
Snack: Iced Coffee from home (I added a few ounces of skim milk so that added calories, but since I didn't have time to eat much I figured it was okay) 1/3 package of ramen noodles
Thoughts: Today we went to Cortez to visit my great-grandma in her assisted living home. We were rushed to leave so I didn't have time for a good breakfast. We went to sonic for lunch but they got the order wrong and forgot my dad's food and mine too! So...we ate a little bit of jerky.
