Easter...holiday...big meals...lot of junk food...not good for dieting :)
Breakfast : I know it's bad but I skipped breakfast so I could save my calories for the big meals
Lunch: 4 oz roast beef, 1 tsp mashed potatoes, 1 tbs green beans and 1 slice of monkey bread
Dinner: 1 slice of ham, 1 small red potato with butter and seasoning
Snack: 1 hard boiled egg with no yolk, small pack of sixlets, and 4 jelly beans (at two different times, not that I ate jelly beans and egg together)
Dessert: small slice of white cake with cherry jello and whipped cream frosting
