Breakfast : 1/2 bowl of oatmeal with 1 pack of sweet n low and a splash of skim milk
Snack: 3 oz of turkey
Lunch: 4 oz of turkey, 2 pickles, 2 tsp. olives
Snack: 1 granola bar
Dinner: 3 small pieces of orange chicken (I only made half of the sauce recipe and used water insetead of oil), 1 cup of steamed veggies, 1 bite of low fat veggie egg roll
Snack: Bad girl. 3 small sugar cookies...why did I even make them? I could blame it on the kids, but truthfully nobody asked me to make them. I just did...and so far I'm the only one that has touched them.
