Breakfast: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and strawberry yogurt mixed
Lunch: 2 tablespoons brown rice with soy sauce
Dinner: the meat and veggies out of a foot long turkey sub from Subway
Exercise: I was so dog-gone tired today so I only did 10 minutes on the Leg Magic machine
