Breakfast: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 8 oz. 1% milk
Lunch: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 8 oz fat free yogurt
Snack: 1 string cheese
Dinner: 1 piece of ham, 1 scoop of hashbrown casserole
Snack: 1 chocolate chip cookie
Exercise: 20 minutes of the Leg Magic machine, 1 run around the block
