Breakfast: string cheese
Lunch: veggie salad with 2 tbs ranch dressing
Dinner: 3/4 hot dog and 7 chips
Snack: 1/2 cup special k chocolaty delight cereal with 1 cup 1% milk
- Exercise: I had planned to go running with the hubby but when we got around to it I went outside and got attacked by mosquitoes so we did the Leg Magic machine for 20 minutes, did 40 minutes of the exercise ball and 15 minutes on the elliptical trainer
Thoughts: I was getting worried because I had gained some weight on that new diet so I quit doing it today. I think my way was working and I need to just stick with it and keep up with my exercise.
