~Day 23~

Breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal with 1 packet of sweet n low and a splash of skim milk

Snack: 2 strawberries, 2 cubes of melon

Lunch: 2 small pieces of roast beef, 2 carrot sticks and 2 celery sticks

Snack: 1 medium zucchini steamed

Dinner: 3 cheese raviolis...staufers...not as good as olive garden
