Breakfast : 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

Lunch: skipped because I knew dinner would be good ;)

Dinner: a fork full of roast beef, 1/2 a roll, 1 scoop of mashed potatoes, 6 green beans, 2 tsp of corn...that's all
