~Day 29~

Breakfast: 1/2 cup cottage cheese

Snack: granola bar

Snack: 4 cubes of 2% cheese

Lunch: 6 peanut butter crackers

Snack: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

Dinner: 2 slices of bacon, 4 bites of hasbrowns, 1 scrambled egg

Snack: 2 bites of brownie

Thoughts: I am having some major pms here. I just want to eat junk food. My total body water percentage is up 2% so I think I'm swollen about 2.5 pounds swollen...what a pain in the bum
