~Day 35~

Breakfast: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup fat free yogurt

Lunch: string cheese and 2 oz ham

Snack: 1 can of veggie soup

Dinner: 2 french toast sticks

Thoughts: Today's new thing was to try to eat soup in the afternoon...I'm only giving this diet a few more days. So far I've gained 1.8 pounds...not fun. I keep hoping it's all gonna fall off or that it's just muscle weight, but I don't think so.

Exercise: 20 minutes on the Leg Magic machine, ran full speed for 10 minutes jogged for 20, 100 crunches on the body ball and 10 minutes of weights for my arms
