11 Days until Day 1

Breakfast ~9:30 am~ : 6 oz skim milk

Lunch ~12:30 pm~ : 1 chicken nugget and 4 fries...12 oz diet coke (shared Savannah's happy meal at wal-mart while we were grocery shopping)

Snack ~3:30 pm~ : 1 cinnamon graham cracker and 1 12 oz glass of sugar free kool-aid

Dinner ~6:00 pm~ : 2 tablespoons of shredded pork with BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons corn and 2 tablespoons steamed baby carrots.

Snack ~9:00 pm~ : 2 tablespoons of baby carrots and 1 cinnamon graham cracker
