~Day 5~

Breakfast: 1 container fat free light Yoplait Strawberry Banana yogurt

Snack: 4 cubes of cheese

Lunch: 2 slices of turkey, 1/2 box raisins, 10 baby carrots

Dinner: 8 oz grilled chicken and 1/2 cup of steamed veggies

Snack: 1 hard boiled egg with no yolk
