~Day 4~

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg and 3 strawberries

Snack: 1 apple with 1 tsp organic peanut butter

Snack: 2 cubes of cheese

Lunch: 2 oz. of grilled chicken, 10 baby carrots (steamed), 4 cubes of cheese

Dinner: 4 oz. grilled chicken, 10 baby carrots (steamed), 6 cubes of cheese

Snack: 6 cubes of cheese
