~Day 11~

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg, 2 strawberries

Lunch: 2 cups of salad and 25 sprays of dressing

Snack: 1 box of rasins

Dinner: 2 outsides of eggrolls, a plate of steamed veggies

Snack: granola bar

Drinks: Did great on the drinks today. 3 bottles already and starting the 4th.

Exercise: Yesterday I didn't do anything because I was so sore, but today I did 40 min. on the elliptical trainer.
