Breakfast : 1 container fat free cherry yogurt
Lunch: 1/2 taco from Del Taco
Snack: 1 apple with 1 tsp organic peanut butter and 1/2
box of raisins
Dinner: 2 cups steamed veggies (mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and tomatoes) in a very light alfredo sauce
Snack: 1/2 box of raisins
